The Pay Day Game and Example of How This
Stuff Works! (by Susan James)
Fifty Dollars may not seem like a lot to some
people, but I know for some of us, there was a
time when $50.00 Felt like a million.
So…please read on, as this is more about how
unexpected things from unexpected places will
show up as we continue to ‘expect it’ to do so!
In addition to The PayDay Game, this is a ‘My
Sister Story’ which is an example of how doing
some of these games, at least for me, have
‘worked’ in the past, and continue to do so.
One day I decided to order from ‘Omaha Steaks’.
I’d never ordered from them before, and 1. They
were offering a sweet deal for me to try, and 2. I
prefer eating low carb, and this fit me perfectly.
This cost was $49+shipping.
The day before the wonderful morsels were to
show up, I went to my sister’s house for lunch,
knowing full well it would be a ‘high carb’
lunch! But I have rule, that anything I eat at my
sisters doesn’t ‘count’!
I was getting ready to leave, and I told her about
my ordering from Omaha Steaks. We were
standing in her kitchen by the place she keeps
her mail and stuff.
She turns around and hands me an ‘Omaha Steak’
gift card; value $50.00.
So, the surprise was two fold:
First, she would NEVER order from ‘Omaha
Steak’, so as she’s handing it to me, I’m thinking
to myself : ok this came out of total LEFT FIELD,
but since I also understand how things can and do
work if we make the human effort toward the
divine….my insides were cheering.
Second, it was for $50.00. (Nuf said)
I asked her why she even had this to give it to me?
Answer: Her nephew had given it to them for
Christmas, and she knew she’d never use it. And
she said, (Don’t tell him I gave it to you.).
And now to another easy game, which can create
MORE of anything, including Money!
Every Day is Pay Day
(by Susan James)
1. You do not need to buy these candy bars, but
I’m including it.
2. Buy one of those ‘mini bags’ of PayDay candy
bars.
3. Every morning, simply start your day, by
grabbing one and saying out loud, Every Day
is Pay Day, and then eat it. (90 cal)
After the activity becomes automatic, you ‘don’t
need to eat the candy bar.
4. Also, use as a ‘chant’ as you go about your day:
‘Every Day is PayDay’
5. Another option if it feels good to add it, simply
do a ‘swords of three’ using ‘Every Day is Pay
Day’. And then check it off as you read the lines
out loud.
Example:
Every Day is PayDay
Every Day is PayDay
Every Day is PayDay
Every Day is PayDay
Every Day is PayDay
Every Day is PayDay
Every Day is PayDay
Every Day is PayDay
Every Day is PayDay
AND then as money shows up, and it will, just say
thanks! Even if it’s just a penny that you pick up.
The more we acknowledge what is being given to
us, and in the different ways, the more it will
come.
Best and Splendid Success!
